1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the "Questions for Friends" mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the individual developer of the App ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

The App is not intended for users under the age of 13. By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Description of Service

Questions for Friends is a social entertainment application designed to help friends, couples, and groups answer meaningful or fun questions and compare their answers.

• No User Accounts: You do not need to register an account to use the App.
• Nicknames: You may enter a nickname to identify yourself.
• Content: Users cannot create their own questions or upload custom media. All questions and content are provided by the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers optional Premium features available via an auto-renewing subscription.

a. Subscription Terms

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play Account (Android) upon confirmation of purchase.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until it ends. If not canceled before the trial expires, the subscription will renew automatically. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase.

b. Cancellation and Management

We do not process payments or handle cancellations directly. Subscriptions must be managed through your device:

• iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions

c. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect in accordance with applicable App Store or Google Play policies.

5. Advertising

The App is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

• Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for third-party advertisements or websites.
• Tracking: On iOS, ad tracking is subject to your consent via App Tracking Transparency.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the App—including text, questions, graphics, interface, logos, and code—is the property of the Developer and protected by intellectual property laws.

• License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Disrupt or interfere with the App’s operation
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Share App-generated content in a misleading or malicious manner

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including:

• Google AdMob (Advertising)
• Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Notifications)
• RevenueCat (Subscription Validation)

We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
